| Reserve a Table for PIELC 2010 |

| Thank you for requesting an informational table for your organization during the Conference! A limited number of table reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis. |

| PIELC has long strived for innovation in reducing Conference environmental impacts.
This year, to decrease the volume of paper exchanged and potential for waste, we are asking all parties tabling to reduce the amount of paper, flyers and pamphlets they plan to hand out at the Conference. We encourage Conference attendees to sign up for e-mail lists rather than take a flyer from a table and to peruse the electronic information provided by each tabling party on a Conference Tables web page, which will be available prior to and during the Conference. |

Land Air Water guidelines for table use at the Conference:
Violation of any of these regulations will result in forfeiture of your $50 deposit, and your ability to request a table in the future will be jeopardized.
- Tables may be used for informational purposes only. In order to preserve the non-commercial atmosphere of the Conference, please refrain from bartering, soliciting money, or selling items. If your organization would like to engage in such activities, we encourage you to gather the contact information of interested persons during the Conference and conduct the solicitation after the Conference.
- Please do not post or tape anything on the walls. The University will charge us for any damage to walls resulting from push-pins, tacks, or tape residue.
- Please leave your table and table area clean. This includes fliers, tape, food.
- Do not use duct tape to fasten items to your table. We will provide removable tape during the Conference.
- Land Air Water is not responsible for any items left unattended at your table.
- Please be mindful of the amount of natural resources used when bringing and distributing brochures and other paper products.

Addtionally, you must review the University of Oregon Regulations for Commercial and Charitable Solicitation and Commercial Transaction. Please be aware that the University may ask you to leave, and prohibit you from attending future Conferences, if you engage in any "commercial and charitable solicitation and commercial transaction" without prior University approval. This means that during the Conference, you CANNOT "sell a tangible product or offer a tangible product with the expectation of thereby obtaining an immediate and direct contribution." Or. Admin. R. 571-050-0030 (2001). Land Air Water volunteers are not responsible for enforcing University policy.

| Table Fee: Table fees at this year's conference are $40.00 for a full table and $20.00 for a half table. Make your check payable to FLAW. This fee is non-refundable. |

| Deposit: Each table reservation requires a separate $50.00 deposit check. If your assigned table is clean at the end of the conference and your group has not violated any University of Oregon or Land Air Water policy, your deposit will be returned to you in full.
